In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and other order fulfilment are handled by established 3rd party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your credit card or other payment information and to process and ship your order.
Hyperbeat does not store your credit card or bank details. When you enter the credit card or bank account details into our websites for the purposes of purchasing Hyperbeat products, the details are submitted in real-time to our payment service providers in a manner compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)

Colours portrayed should be used as a guide only as some fabrics may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website.
The pricing on Hyperbeat Sportswear site is displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) and includes goods and services taxes for all orders being delivered within Australia. Hyperbeat Sportswear reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Hyperbeat Sportswear will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.
Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Hyperbeat Sportswear

Hyperbeat Sportswear has the right to refuse or cancel any orders, in which case Hyperbeat will be under no obligation in respect of the order.
Dispatch of Orders
Custom production orders are normally dispatched within 14 business days of order confirmation, subject to all orders being in stock.
If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order Hyperbeat Sportswear will contact you via email.
Goods will be delivered via Courier or Australia Post. Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally 1-3 days. Please allow up to a week for deliveries to regional areas.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Acceptance of Goods
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Hyperbeat Sportswear as soon as possible. Please see returns and exchanges policy for more information.
Hyperbeat Sportswear will provide a cancellation on orders in instances where the order has not yet reached the production stage.
On successfully placing an order online, an automated email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address. The confirmation includes reference no, address details and a summary of your order.
Please contact Hyperbeat Sportswear immediately if there are any discrepancies or you would like to make any changes to your order. Most orders are dispatched with in 7 days so we cannot guarantee changes to orders already processed. If you haven’t received a confirmation please check your spam and junk inboxes before contacting Customer Service through our contact page.
Hyperbeat Sportswear understands that selecting the right style and size can often be a difficult process. In regards to the size we recommend you visit our size guide to assist in choosing your size. Great care has been taken in creating the size guide however the size guide is a guide only and your own particular body type and shape will determine the best fit.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you require an exchange or refund then please read the following for more information:
- Hyperbeat offers 14-day exchange policy on all products that are damaged or defective.
- Due to the customisation of specific gym branded garments we do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective on receipt.
- We do not offer size exchange on any items that have been customised in anyway.
- We do not offer refunds on any items that have been customised in anyway.
- Hyperbeat is able to exchange non gym branded items as long as it is in as new condition and unworn. Due to hygienic reasons please ensure the clothing is unused, unopened and unworn with all clothing tags still attached to garments.
- When returning you are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us unless the product is damaged or defective. We do recommend that you use the registered post, as Hyperbeat Sportswear will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 21 days for exchanges and returns to be received and processed. Postage charges on returns are not refundable (unless the product is faulty)
- Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges
- Product exchanges are subject to availability.
Before you return an item(s), please email Hyperbeat Sportswear through our contact page and let us know that you will be returning an item. We will then provide you with a return authorisation number via email. Please then post the product with this return authorisation number clearly labelled on the front of the parcel alongside your proof of purchase enclosed.
Exchange Policy For Store Owners
We understand that selecting the right style and size can often be a difficult process. In regards to the size we recommend customers visit our size guide to assist in choosing their size. Great care has been taken in creating the size guide however the size guide is a guide only and their own particular body type and shape will determine the best fit.
Due to the customisation of the branded garments we do not offer exchanges of any kind unless the item is damaged or defective of receipt. Once the item is branded it cannot be undone.
The store owner can offer exchanges but exchanges will be charged at base prices at the store owner’s expense. This is payable before production.
If the store owner requires the items to be returned we can assist in facilitating this and we can hold onto the returned items in the event you receive another sale for the same style and size. We will treat the returned as 'stock on hand'. Please note all shipping charges are payable by the store owner or customer depending on what the store owner chooses before production of the exchanged item begins.
Please note all requests for exchanges must be individually dealt with by the store owner. The store owner is to then direct Hyperbeat as to how they would like to proceed.
All items being exchanged must be used and unworn.
